Seemore API is down

Between 11:39 and 11:41 UTC on Oct 11, the Seemore app and API returned errors. One request for a very detailed chart made both API servers unresponsive, and they restarted automatically. Automations, data ingestion and the MCP server were not affected. We are fixing how these charts are calculated so that one request cannot block the API again.

Between 11:01 and 11:07 UTC on Oct 8, the Seemore app and API returned errors, and scheduled automations did not run. A failed infrastructure node made internal DNS unavailable. Service recovered automatically at 11:07 UTC. Automations resumed with the next scheduled run. We are changing the infrastructure so this failure cannot take down DNS again.
